Palak Paneer

Fresh Spinach greens cooked with aromatic herbs and combined with Paneer make this a wonderful and tasty offering. Serves with 6 phulka rotis.

What we send 1 Chopped Garlic 2 Spinach Puree 3 Onion Tomato Masala 4 Chef's Spice Mix 5 Paneer Cubes

What you need at home: 1 Oil 2 Salt to taste 3 Butter


  1. Heat oil (1) in a pan. Add chopped garlic (2). Saute for thirty seconds.
  2. Add spinach puree (3) and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add onion tomato masala (4) and cook for one minute.
  4. Add Chef’s spice mix (5) and salt (6) to taste. Cook for one minute.
  5. Add paneer cubes (7) and stir well.
  6. Add butter (8) (optional) and mix well. Cook for a minute and remove from flame.
  7. Transfer the palak paneer to a serving bowl. Heat the rotis (9) on direct flame for ten seconds on each side for crispier rotis. Serve with heated rotis.
